Brandon began his professional career in the Madison Avenue showroom at Burberry’s corporate headquarters, where he worked closely with high-end retailers including Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman, and Barneys. During this time, he developed a deep appreciation for architecture, craftsmanship, and the artistry behind interior design and remodeling.

He later joined Argent Advisors, a multifaceted real estate and development firm. As Director of Design + Construction for the firm’s residential portfolio, Brandon oversaw more than 150 interior residential projects, along with multiple multifamily townhouse developments. In 2021, he founded Studio / Public, bringing together his passion for design, construction, and thoughtful execution under one practice.

Brandon is deeply committed to excellence in execution, ensuring the highest level of quality on every project while building lasting relationships with clients and industry partners.

Javier has been in the commercial and residential construction industry in New York for close to 30 years. Starting out as a union painter in Manhattan and working with a multitude of high end residential contractors, he quickly gained his footing and started running his own detail oriented contracting company.

His knowledge and work ethic are unmatched throughout the industry. Over the years he has established himself as one of the premier leaders in interior construction with a vast expertise in every category. Javiers passion is to go above and beyond ensuring the client is 100% satisfied with the quality and customer service.

Client + Operations Manager

Cumulatively, Vernille has acquired 8 years of professional customer service experience, distributed among the fields of banking, sales coordination, computer maintenance, plumbing and fitness.

During that time, a proven record of success was demonstrated in effectively managing a total of 16 ATMs and 10s of millions in cash, upkeep and problem resolution for computers and printers, and in fitness, managing 19 clients at a time while providing top tier health and fitness services. All of which has developed and allowed him to possess exceptional sales, problem resolution and communication skills with the ability to provide informed and high level service to all customers/clients and vendors. He is meticulous with the details of project requirements and is quick on his feet, understanding the nature of our clients, and the needs of our team.

Connor Rancan is an Australian born California-based photographer with a tremendous talent and eye for the details. Connor split his time between New York and San Diego shooting artist works, interior spaces, and an array of outdoor shots for different brands.
